I had no choice but to file for bankruptcy. I had a lot of pride and I waited a lot longer than I should have. I wasted a lot more money trying to get out of debt without filing bankruptcy. money that I could have used toward better and more realistic things. Once I finally realized I had to file or else, I went to the law offices of john . orcutt. It was quick and a lot less painful than I thought it would be. If I could go back and do something different, I would have filed much sooner. Oh well, water under the bridge now, but at least I'm not living under a bridge. I got help.
I just renewed my lease for 6 more months. It's a quiet place to live when you want to study and its a fun place to live when you want to have fun. I haven't had any issues that require me to rant and rave about how terrible my experience was. It has been a pretty straight forward experience. We have residents who live here and work at the Landing so they practice what the preach here. I would definitively recommend this place for anyone looking for student housing.
