They won't refund your money and I had to change my debit card so they couldn't charge me for service I NEVER received and has since sent back the modem!!
I have had Clear for several months now. Worked great in winter with no leaves on trees. Now in spring download speed has slowed to a crawl. Technical support has kept me on the phone for many hours and now wants to send a technician to my house just to tell me the leaves on the trees are icausing the problem. I want to be released from my contract or I plan to call the FCC and BBB to file a complaint.
I just started using CLEAR Voice and it??s such an outstanding service. I work from home, so I??ve been utilizing nearly every feature. Being able to forward calls and check my voicemail through my e-mail account makes things much easier. I can accomplish more at once.
