The worst online shopping experience ever!
I ordered 3 parts for my Jeep ( 2 "Crown" door mirrors at $93 and a window regulator) they sent 2 different makes of mirrors, one of them was on their site as $50.00 -ripped off there. I notified them of the incorrect mirror, they assured me it was what I ordered. My invoice clearly shows 2 Crown Mirrors. After I had my Freight Forwarders - BongoUS take a photo of the incorrect mirror as proof, they then said they will arrange to send the correct one and pickup the wrong one. A few days went by and still nothing. I made contact again, and they then said they are unable to get the Crown Mirror I am after???? and have agreed to a FULL REFUND and they will pay the return shipping. A few days later I get an email saying they are refunding me $28.68. They also sent me an email with instructions on printing out FED EX label for me to attach to the return part box. I am an International Buyer, they know this, how do I do this? I am now waiting for a reply on where my FULL REFUND is and how my freight forwarding company can return the box. WARNING TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY FROM THEM, they also go under various other names. Google their name followed by "complaints" and judge for yourself. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!
