I called Saturday after I realized my heat wasn??t working. The service man arrived quickly and discovered I had a serious problem with my heater. I had been smelling something burning when I used my heat and the service man found the problem, which as it turns out, is why my heat stopped working. Somehow they got my part early the next morning (on Sunday) and a different service man returned to get my heat working. I appreciate them working over the weekend to fix my heat and will use Blue Mountain in the future.
