Okay some of these reviews are BEYOND ridiculous and just seem unbelievably far-fetched, especially after my experience with this clinic.
My cat Roma had her leg amputated at Midwest. We got a couple of second opinions because it was a big decision, but it definitely had to come off. We brought her to Midwest because that's where she's gone since she was a baby. The staff was just fantastic. They were busy but still knew my face when I came in and knew my cat by name. My cat had to be kept an extra night, but they let me come in and stay with her for HOURS (as long as I wanted!) in an empty examination room whenever I wanted during open hours. I definitely think that my cat got the best care possible at a very reasonable price. I would never have believed it, but my 3-legged cat is now running around even better than she was before the surgery.
I give this place 4/5 stars because it's pretty dog-centric. The surrounding area has a lot of open fields and very few apartment buildings and condos, so most people out here have dogs. Definitely keep your cat in a carrier and keep that carrier with you at all times.
Speaking of the areas.... Katie B. How dare you judge the entire area in which I live as being racist! Do you know anyone out here, or are you just jumping to conclusions because of the "looks" you get at the vet's office? How silly! Also, in regards to your phone conversation, don't you think that MAYBE THEY WEREN"T HIRING? You made some really ignorant blanket statements and I really do not appreciate it. Grow up.
