The front desk staff speak poorly of the families and children who attend the center openly for other parents to hear in passing. I've overheard the director refer to families as "dirty" and the one with short blond hair refer to infants as "she looks like a yard sale today." If this is what I hear about other families in passing, I wonder what other families hear about my children and family. The primary form of discipline used seems to be intimidation. My children don't respond well to intimidation methods which is why they are no longer in attendance at Crossroads. There have also been several mornings or evenings which I've walked by the front desk to notice several teachers or staff huddled around a computer with facebook pulled up. This seemed very unprofessional to me.
