when you drive in for a oil change , it seems like your being pre-qualified to see how much money you have. they ask too many questions as far as what you have and have not done to your car. makes me nervous . and with out a dought someone will come and see you in the waiting room and tell you that you need $1000 - $2000 or $3000 of repaires , you just never know when you go in . am i gonna go in for an oil change and have them come to me and say . mam you need a new car? I may need these repairs , and i might need a new car. but i just dont like being told all this when i know it already. its like going to the doctor , yeah i know i need to loose weight , and quit smoking , I JUST WANNA SAY SHUT THE HELL UP AND CHANGE MY FREAKIN OIL ! when the waiting room is full mr york will stop and talk to me and everyone , really nice. but when im the only one in the waiting room , he wont say a word or look at me. ? wats up with that ? i guess the moral to his story is : if your gonna use your energy to impress someone , might aswell save it for a crowd so you get your moneys worth i think . me and my two other friends wont be bringing our cars back ever. thanks miss service mgr
