My first impressions of Thomas Styf were rather positive. He was helpful (although always late to appointments) in finding my wife and I a home to rent. But once we became tenants we had extremely difficult times trying to reach him whether it was to repair or maintain the property or to ask questions about our contract/lease/house in general.
We have been out of the property for more than a month now, going on two and still have not received our deposit back. And it was not a small deposit by any means. We have made several attempts to reach Tom at his office, cell phone and email, all of which were avoided and went unanswerd. The next step will be us taking legal action.
My honest opinion is to say that it MAY differ from tenant to tenant, but it seems he is in direct charge and oversees "many, many" properties and you can bet you will be just as neglected as any of the others he "supports."
I've never experienced such poor business ethics in my life . . . and business IS my life and job. Please, be warned. Look out for yourself and proceed with caution.
