My first and only order never arrived. Customer service is worse than unsatisfactory. After several e-mails back and forth - one of which accused me of causing the delay in receipt because I paid the requested Priority Mail upgrade costs rather than ship by slower ground (a bizarre response to say the least) - this company finally refunded the upgraded shipping I'd paid for; however, they refuse to refund the cost of the items ordered until I return the items.
I cannot return the items since I never received them. Because this company claims it does not insure shipments nor use tracking numbers (claiming tracking numbers are not available on USPS Priority Mail) they expect me to pay for items I did not receive.
I will be notifying my credit card company as well as the online Better Business Bureau.
