I wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE booking a ride with Blue Sky Shuttle. First of all, it's a little discouraging after googling "Blue Sky Shuttle reviews" and one of the first sites to pop up says "Blue Sky Shuttle CLOSED". So does that explain your poor customer service? It's just nonexistent but you failed to pull your website? I booked a shuttle for a 4am pickup and waited 30 minutes with no shuttle! I called the office and go figure, they don't open until 6am so there's no way to even find out if a shuttle is coming. It didn't take long before I gave up and got a cab, mind you I live in Downtown Denver and a cab to DIA is $54!!! So not only did I spend $20 on a shuttle that never came or called but I then had to spend $54 plus tip to the poor soul that had to listen to me complain about this company the entire drive to the airport!
