Been waiting over an hour for a delivery. Called them and they said I had only ordered 20 minutes ago and that pizza was on the way. Then the employee on the phone said they were super busy and that some drivers didn't come in tonight. Wish they would have been host and told me the wait time when I called and didn't feel like making excuses.
I'll go some place else next time.
Order was wrong (topping wrong/no sauce). I called and was told that the person answering the phone was going to personally make a new one and they'd send it out. Ok, understand things happen and she was nice.
3 minutes later we receive a call from them saying they want the pizza back and it would take at least another hour. Or they can give us 50% off next time. Told them that was unacceptable and now waiting for a manager to call.
Experience makes me feel like I did something wrong.
Never going back and recommend another company that has a true online ordering procedure with checks and balances.
As of now, I'm still waiting.
Felt she was more concerned selling her vitamin/amway-type products through the office and doesn't really listen.
