It was my first time to this salon. A lady name Leslie was my stylist. I figured for the price of the haircut ($55), that it would be worth it. The cut came with a free hand massage & mini facial--which lasted about a minute. I asked for a simple bob. The cut took a long time. I was somewhat in a rush after it, so i didnt get a good look at how it looked when i was there. As soon as i left, i met up with my girlfriends, they pointed out that my hair was uneven. I went to a mirror to get a better look and sure enough my hair was longer on my left side. I was very upset!! It was not only noticeable but to even it out, it would have ended up super short! I had to let it grow out and for weeks put it behind my ears. I looked like Dora the Explorer. The worse part is that i paid $55 for that awful cut. It was pointless going back and asking for a refund--i never will go back to that salon. I also told my friends about that place, too. And to stay clear of that place. Later that day, i went on Treat's website and saw that leslie is the owner. Great!! If she can't cut hair, then i can imagine how the rest of her staff is. And mind you, no one seemed very friendly there. I'm sticking to Regis from now on.
