Unfortunately given the hustle and bustle of client relationship jobs here in Washington, the Grooming Lounge seems not to get it. I was given a 3 part service package by my girlfriend as a surprise gift. She scheduled an appointment on this past Saturday afternoon.
I had a client in town that I had to attend to thus I missed my appointment. Rescheduled for the next day, but again client obligations kept me from this appointment as well. I tried to explain this to the staff and I mistakenly assume they'd understand given their client base. However to my disappoint they will unwilling to reschedule and I was charged full price for services not rendered.
These views are my own, but I find it hard to believe that a "business" that attends to professionals downtown who have to move things around personally and professionally for our clients dont understand the person
whom they want as customers.
If I had scheduled this service my experience may have been different, but it seems Manager Brittany Paul and the Grooming Lounge turned a thoughtful gift into a customer service nightmare. Just my 4 cents.
