I have had my Sonata for about a year and a half. I haven't had to use Crown's service department often, but when it's time for service, Tomm Burkhart is always available and helpful. The service waiting area is top-notch and the shuttle drivers friendly and prompt.
Had to post this same review from elsewhere just to counter the positive reviews planted by HOA leeches.
Read this rating as -5.
This management company is an HOA parasite.
We get it that HOA's interests isn't for the homeowner's benefit but there is some expectation of value however low that may be. In the case of CMC there is no value added. All associations managed by this CMC need to kick them out and hire someone else.
We live in Champions Woods and CMC's ghetto mentality clearly reflects their disconnect with their rate payers. We have low expectations and understand that if CMC is not brain dead, they will be designing rockets. However, even low expectations seem to be too much of a stretch. If most of us can afford to pay property and school taxes and HOA fees, what makes CMC think the occasional missed mowing equates to being negligent? That we're busy but we will pick up our wind blown waste cans despite the CMC agent's opposing view? That we understand CMC lacks common sense and its preference to constantly validate that premise.
Is the notion of proposing better general maintenance and efficient watering devices for common areas to show fiduciary duty so alien? Is better customer relationship in lieu of sending justifiably petty violation notices as a pretense of job performance a harder thing to do? If CMC is so busy that answering the phone and returning a phone call is tedious, maybe it's time to amend the charter, impose a Service Level Agreement or get the HOA board to fire them? I could go on and on as CMC makes Comcast look like the genius of customer service.
I recommend you do not shop here.
Terrible Customer Service
No Receipts Issued
Just a terrible store... don't waste your time here
Great place for chicken and pork sandwiches. Good price for lunch specials.
Right now I'm dealing with their lovely overseas people. What a horror. Here the Observer is another liberal newspapers who think illegals should be allowed amnesty & then they ship their jobs overseas. What's left for Americans?
I would rate this salon higher, but it's obvious they are writing their own reviews. Daxdad is Marv Smith, who works there (Dax is his daughter with Mary Jane-yes, I know you). The others are obviously employees. It's fairly obvious from the spelling and typos that the same person wrote two of the reviews also. Really unprofessional and disappointing.
BTW, I've been coming to this salon for years and while it's fairly decent, I'm not impressed by this type of "ratings"-very misleading. Marv, Rick and others, if you're so good, then your rep should speak for itself. Don't try to hustle people this way, that's a stink your customer's money can't wash off of you.
Tabitha was disinterested, rude, and kept the hair I BOUGHT after I had her do my extensions. I will never go back and suggest spending your money elsewhere. I felt like she was bored and more interested in her friend/stylist than me when I'd paid over $200 for hair and the service. No thanks. Businesses are judged on customer service and this place is a lemon, the Walmart of salons.
A tow truck driver yelled "hey" at me and called me stupid today for walking past his tow truck while he was hooking up a car. I was just minding my own business. I was just a passerby and had nothing to do with him or his job. What a jerk.
Knowledgeable and helpful. Keep in mind that the sales staff is under duress at certain busy times-- not the time to hit them with a lot of basic questions. I suggest doing some homework on basic installation procedures, edging, different paver styles and manufacturers, and so on so that you can shine as that 1 in 10 customer that actually knows what the heck is going on. You'll then find that you receive all the help and advice that you need.
The selection is good, and the prices competitive-- especially considering that the sales staff is knowledgeable about the product and techniques with which they deal.
Thank you Dr. Cody for being so awesome! I am feeling great since beginning my care plan.
