From the beginning, our experience was not great. We were the sales women's first job. She under quoted us, told us we would get the bar area free since it was so small but we ended paying another about $200 dollars for it. When the owner redid our estimate it was more than the estimate from the sales women due to the extra square footage that she said would be included. Over all the granite looks great but when they installed the sink, they drilled the holes too close together for the faucet and soap dispenser. We brought it to the owner??s attention and he said that the distance was the standard amount. This is evidently not the case with the faucet I chose from Ryan's website since it clearly wouldn??t fit. He should have been aware of this. He said the faucet was reversible, but there was a lug nut staring you in the face, so it was not reversible. He said we had 2 options, find a new faucet or he could patch the hole and drill a new hole for the soap dispenser. Patching a hole on a brand new slab of granite was unacceptable since it was DFW Stoneworks's error. I didn't really like any of the other faucets, so he said he would refund our money(which took 3 weeks). I found another faucet that I liked, and it finally got installed because Ryan, the owner, sent his father over to "deal" with us. Overall the process took much longer than necessary due to Ryan??s lack of communication. For example, he said he would email me a list of faucets, and he never did. We had to wait an extra week on top of paying more than we were originally quoted. We could have gone with another company for less money. RYAN is horrible to work with! He actually raised his voice at me, which made my husband so mad, he refused to speak with him again. We are reporting him to the BBB!
