On the business side, one of your employees (John Deck) continues to impress me with outstanding customer service and professionalism. John continuously goes the extra mile to ensure my well being (via safety) along with the highest of level customer satisfaction.
To explain further, John will take the time to call me from his cell phone on the weekend if I am picking up my vehicle on a Saturday to ensure everything was ready for me and to see if I had a pleasant experience without him there. On one occasion, I had a safety and maintenance problem after picking up my car on a Saturday and he went out of his way to advise me how to handle the safety concerns and made sure I was set up first thing Monday morning with the service department to address the issue and take good care of me. In addition, John always pays close attention to how long I have been waiting to obtain my loaner vehicle. He also always pays extra attention (to my wait time) when I am picking up my car after my service is complete. Finally, both John and his Director Roger See also look for ways to help me maintain my vehicle in the safest and most economically sound way possible during these difficult economic times.
