I thought I would take a chance on this small private beach resort. My mistake. The room was on par with an older La Quinta style hotel room. Small bathroom and an air conditioner that labored to make the room comfortable in the evenings. Hotel staff were not helpful upon check in - I arranged for my son to book the room using his credit card and prior to completing confirm with hotel staff did not need the card to check in. When we actual showed up to check in the staff was insistent that we had to have a credit card to check to cover incidentals. Had to go to the manager to get sign in completed. The private beach is about 40 yards long with the remainder, about 60 yards, as public. No fence or anything else to divide. The access to the gulf is small a limited with a large amount of boating activity within 50 yards of the beach.
The staff will tell you that you have access to chairs, table and umbrellas on the beach reserved for guests. They do, assuming you want to rent them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Besides the above the place is starting to show signs of neglect with routine maintenance obviously being ignored. The best thing about the resort is the web page.
