Despite a very rude comment made to me by a store salesperson, I bought a sectional sofa back in March and am still waiting on delivery. Not once has anyone associated with Routzahns called to explain why my furniture has not been delivered. Once outside the "3 to 8 week" delivery window, I had to call them only to be told that my sectional had been delivered to the store (in week 7), but was returned because it was the wrong color. OK - I can appreciate that, but why did no one contact me to tell me what was going on?? I've called repeatedly since, only to be told that they will find out what is going on and call me back. Thank God I haven't been holding my breath because no one ever calls back - including the store manager! So almost 3 months later, they have my money, I have no sectional and no idea if I ever will - seems a lot like fraud to me. My advice - don't waste your time in Routzahns. They have zero quality control and even worse business ethics!!
