Come into the restaurant - only one there (two other people were finishing up their meal) and ordered my meal. About 10 minutes later, I see the cook put my order up.
20 minutes later, they finally call my number (overheard the one gal ask "Why is this sitting here?". You guessed it - STONE COLD. Asked them to fix me a meal that was more than room temperature.
Instead of apologizing and fixing me another meal that was more appropriate, I get the "Well what do you want US to do?" I replied that I would like either another meal or my money back. This time, I get an attitude from the fat guy behind the counter - "What is your problem?". EXCUSE ME!!!!?
So instead of getting my order remade and hot OR getting my money back, I get NOTHING instead.
Bottom Line: $11.00+ dollar cup of mediocre coffee.......
NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS JOINT.
Was in a month ago in the drive up with 3 elderly handicapped people in the car and was totally IGNORED by the staff for 10 minutes. Finally drove off and went elsewhere then. The so-called "Manager" that answered the phone later, claimed he would "Make it right" with us. Never did......
TRY THE WEST SIDE LOCATION - THEY SEEM A LITTLE MORE ON THE BALL.
