I don't blog or write stuff on the Internet, but my recent experience at Rodger's Auto Group was just too good to go unrecognized. My check-engine light came on a few weeks ago so I brought my beloved car to the dealership to get it checked. I was heartbroken to learn that rats (disgusting, beady-eyed vermin) had crawled up under the hood and gnawed through some wires. They quoted me $200 and said it would take 2-3 hours to fix b/c the damaged wires were deep inside the engine block. I made an appointment to come back in a few days and left, sad and disgusted. When I returned for my scheduled appointment, The tech who helped mewas great why? Well (a) he remembered my problem [which was a nice surprise b/c the place was super busy the day I was there], (b) offered tremendous sympathy, and (c) gave good tips on how to keep the problem from happening again. They got my poor car right in, fixed the problem faster than originally estimated and, best of all, fixed it at huge discount. How huge? How about free! Their exceptional service, empathy, professionalism and character have made me a thoroughly satisfied and loyal customer. I have never had a better car repair experience ... cannot recommend this place highly enough.
