I could not believe what terrible customer service I received at this location. I recently bought my very first NEW car. After owning the car for one short month, I took it to waterway. $50 later, I left the carwash completely disappointed. Not only did they not wipe out the cupholders, but there was soap scum on the inside of the door. Not exactly what I pictured for 50 dollars, and definitely not what I wanted on the inside of my brand new Mercedes. In addition, I realized once I got home, that they had not replaced one of my car mats. I had to call twice to finally be connected to a manager, who kindly suggested that maybe I "imagined" that there had been 4 original mats in my car, and that they did not have it. Thanks for the offer for four free coupons, but I think I will wash it myself. Overall, Waterway at this location is a waste of time, money, and patience. FAIL.
