I have been a long time patient of Dr. Karen Perkins but I will have to say that the follow-up with patients is horrible. On two occassions I was awaiting results from some test that I had done. I called numerous times, left messages with the reception staff never received a return phone call. If it weren't for the fact that I had a follow-up appointment weeks later I probably would have never gotten the results of my test. I am used to my internist who has great bed side manners and will follow-up with you at the drop of a dime, even as late as 10p.
Went to Granny's on Sunday, 11/6, we were immediately seated, the restaurant was on the cold side. The heat definitely needed to be adjusted, a friend of mine commented about the cold restaurant temperatures and many customers still appeared to have their coats on as well. We were greeted by a pleasant waitress, although she seemed reluctant to provide additional condiments when requested. The food was delicious as always, presentation, temperature and of course it takes good. Almost as good as mine, LOL...After we finished finished our meal we requested the check. The waitress did bring the check however we waited and waited and waited for well over 20 minutes and she never returned to pick up our payment. After waiting for an extended period of time I decided to get up from the table and take her our payment so that we could. It's a shame that I had to run her down to take our payment. Needless to say, she did not receive a tip from us and our bill was well over $110, that could've been a nice tip for her. Again, food was great but they need to train their staff on following thru with customers.
