Crevier BMW went out of their way to make sure I was happy. After taking delivery of my new car, and having it for almost 3 weeks I noticed a stain in the carpet. I don??t think It came from me so I called them and told them. I made an appointment to come in and they were going to have the detail guys try to remove the stain. After about an hour I got my car back and they had shampooed the carpets in the entire car. Front and rear seat. Im very happy with the service I got from Crevier.
