I am forced by this system to give at least 1 star.If I could give negative fifty (-50) stars I would.
BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM CRAWFORD FURNITURE unless you physically walk out of there with product in hand. At best you MUST use credit card also in case you need to dispute it.
I would give them plus fifty stars for not being truthful!
I ordered furniture while they were in bankrupt proceedings, allegedly the items would absolutely have to be produced and delivered within 4-6 weeks. As of this wrtiting we are in the 9th week. Phone calls go unanswered, messages are NEVER returned (I personally left 3 messages). When actually talking to someone at the store they say to call the warehouse because they talked to them (no more information), call the warehouse: no information given then being told that I should call corporate (???) Absolutely ZERO/none/NADA customer service worth anything. I called corporate: Well their message said they were on lunch for two hours; clearly a return phone call could not be fit into corporates schedule; they NEVER did return any calls I ever made (over 19 calls). I went to the store to find out what was happening, the doors were locked with lights out (on a WED afternoon!)), sign said be back tomorrow. Well tomorrow was too long for me to wait, I immediately disputed the necessary charges on my credit card.
THIS PLACE IS BAAAAADDD NEWS! Their logo: "Our loss is your gain" - not true: your loss will be their gain. Save yourself the headache of disputing your credit card charges, go somewhere reputable. There is a reason they are going bankrupt, Im just sorry that I had to really find out the reason!
