I 100% support and respect the work of NSAL.
It is not easy, it costs a lot of money and the animals that are there have already suffered enough, one way or other... there is a reason why the ended up in a shelter, after all.
NSAL is one of the main reasons why we are not a society with numerous street cats and dogs, which is such an enormous and sad problem worldwide.
I adopted a cat from NSAL and find my experience of top quality. Staff and volunteers have their heart on what they do.
I have only good thinks to say about them, and so have many other people I know, who have adopted from NSAL.
I find it quite irresponsible of those who mob-blog about this place, telling people to "stay way from it" etc...
Go, visit, adopt and have your own opinion. I would bet that you would highly appreciate this excellent organization.
Also, the Health Center is very good and way less expensive than unaffiliated vet clinics. Everybody wins!
Thank you to all who are involved on this mission!
