First off I am only giving one star because I HAVE to!! I am an owner that used Swift Properties services. I am so darn upset right now I could puke!!! I bought a house as a rental and had Swift rent it out. They rented it quickly however when these tenants moves out they did their walk thru just as quickly. I assumed a rental property management business would rent a house out and when the tenants moved out they would use the tenants deposit to make sure the house looked just as it did when the tenant moved in. Not in my situation!!!! The tenant moved out and was charged for minimal fixes. The tenant was returned their deposit and when the new tenants moved in I was contacted to pay for several fixes!!! Toilets werent working, lights didn't work there were holes in walls broken windows and missing closet doors, and blinds!! This house was in perfect condition when I left it in Swifts hands. Now I'm being told I have to pay loads of money to fix these things. There's no reason I should be paying for anything!! I will never refer Swift to anyone ever!! They have been unsupportive of me and rude and mean telling me it's my house and my responsibility...... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok I would have no problem paying for damages or broken items if they were even logged in the move out. The tenant would have been sued for the rest. However these blind people dont do their jobs on walkthrus. Obviously. And I wouldn't doubt they don't watch these posts and have people post nice things about them. The things I've heard!!!
