I agree with the other reviewer. One star just because I had to enter something!
The fastest action items for DFW Stoneworks was to cash the first check and pick up the second check. Unfortunately, this is the only thing they did efficiently. The salesman made a wonderful first impression. He knew that I needed the work done within the next 2-3 weeks because I was preparing to sell my home. The actual install happened four weeks later. To get this scheduled was almost impossible.
The service and support from Stoneworks was terrible, if non-existent. It seems they have some internal issues that need to be dealt with before working with any more customers. When I made calls to Steve, David, Brian - they each blamed someone else and no one was willing to accept responsibility. When the final measurements were made I was told not to speak with the salesperson again. The salesperson told me not to speak with the install crew.
When the work was finally done it wasn't what I ordered and the quality wasn't even close to what I was expecting. The plumber was the only person in the entire experience who was supportive and seemed to care.
The salesman called when the work was done and asked if he could come get the check. Not once did he ask about my satisfaction with the job.
My suggestion to anyone considering DFW Stoneworks is to choose someone else. Their service, professionalism, product is poor. There are too many other quality companies to waste your time or money with this one.
