ncredibly disappointed by the actions of California Sun.
First I locked myself into a year contract, got pregnant and had to put my account on hold, so i went into cancel after I had the baby, but had to wait another two months to fufill my year contract. Ok, fine. I then went into the closest location to totally cancel after the two months and they said that they could do it on the following Monday, the following month they stopped charging my card. (around the same time that I had to get a replacement card). I had thought the empoyee canceled the account. They continued to charge me for several months without notification or calling that the card was just indeed not able to be charge, I didn't tan for the several months, but went in to get a spray tan and was forced to pay $101 to clear my name. I then call into the headquarters to personally shut down my account and unless I was able to personally walk it into their headquarters I was unable to cancel the account over the phone before the next billing cycle.
I will never do business with them again. It's a shame.
