If all you need a "spec house" then Equity Home Builders might be just the contractor for you.
I am trying to wrap up a home built by Equity home builders. I would be happy to share my experience with anyone who is interested. I might be able to save someone making the same mistakes I did.
Equity Home Builders have also just changed their name to DABuilders. I wonder why?
