AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I ordered my wedding gown in the beginning of December 2011 and as of today, August 1st, 2012 it still hasn't even shipped. They failed to tell me when I ordered it that it would take 6 months to ship (which put it at the end of June 2012). No one from the store has ever called me to give me updates. I have had to call them every week for an update. They put me on hold, tell me the manager will call me back and no one ever does. When I am able to speak to someone, they tell me it's shipping at the end of the week. And they tell me that every week I call. It's now 52 days before my wedding and I still have no dress and no real, truthful answers from them. This is the most unnecessary added stress for a bride and I would recommend to anyone to avoid Eva's at all costs. They have horrible customer service skills on top of the fact that they are liars.
