I'm not sure what went wrong here, but I ate at Brother's BBQ less than an hour ago. Those were the worst ribs I've ever eaten in my life. The were so hard and dry that I could not bite them. The baked beans were simply warmed pork and beans. Even the roll was stale and hard.
I'm not one to ever complain about food. But this time I just had to say something. The lady working behind the counter was very apologetic about the ribs and brought me some more. They were the same way. I actually picked up the ribs and banged them on my plate to show here how hard they were. Don't mistake me saying hard for tough. Tough implies that you could bite them.
I travel extensively with my job and I like to try to find really good BBQ in my travels. By far, these are the worst ribs (and some of the worst food) I've ever run across.
Best Mexican food I've ever eaten. I live close to this restaurant and eat there every couple of weeks. Friendly staff, fast service, and excellent food.
