Terrible service, employees who bad mouth their own employer (Danbury Fair Honda), and employees who badmouth Honda Corporation. The last time we were there (and that will be the last time!), the employee kept telling us to "Buy American"! I understand the economy, and I understand that 14 million Americans are out of work...but an employee of a Japanese Car company lecturing me about "buying American"? This is as bad as it gets! Imagine getting lectured by the employee of this Japanese car company about buying American! Who does this guy think he works for? Absolutely atrocious behavior unbecoming of a professional service person! I would not recommend this dealership. During my last visit they gave me a very tough time about accepting my extended service warranty from AAA. The "Service Advisor" kept saying that I should have purchased the manufacturer's warranty and kept saying, by way of example, "If you buy a Ford, get a Ford Warranty", "If you buy a Chrysler, get a Chrysler Warranty". He told me not to come back to the dealership with an extended service warranty again for repairs. I would not touch this dealership with a barge pole! Buy an American Car...this service person did not seem to like to work for a Japanese Car company! Also, the service person noticed that I had not bought this car from them but from Brewster Honda and it appeared to tick him off immensely. We did switch for service to this dealership due to proximity to our home, and we regret our decision. After every service repair, we get a letter from them asking why we did not buy from Danbury Fair Honda. Now, you know why! I would not recommend this dealership.
