A year ago they rebuilt the transmission in my Chrysler Town & Country minivan, and were great to honor their warranty when it started leaking and offered to fix it at n/c. However, they have had my van SINCE MARCH 2012 - it is NOW SEPTEMBER! The vehicle has NOT MOVED. They STILL have the van. Every time we call, we get given a different excuse for why it hasn't been fixed, or why the most recent fix hasn't worked. We've even been told outright lies (such as that the transmission was fixed and in the car, only to later find out the internal pump was still on order) and that some of their staff "don't know what they're talking about," from the boss's mouth!
I will say they have been good to pay for a rental car on one weekend when I moved back to college, but it was nowhere near the expense of loosing a car for 7 months - and counting!
Don't bring your vehicle if you ever want to see it running again!
