FLAT TIRE ON MY 2003 AUDI ALLROAD AFTER HOURS---
Let me say, I am BLOWN AWAY by what I consider some of the greatest CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced at any store of any type, ever.!!! I got a Flat tire that I discovered at Barnes & Noble, Lakewood at 6:30pm on a Friday night. Of course it was after most of the Tires stores were closed (they close at 6pm). My friend Linda suggests she drive me first to Firestone Tire and then to Les Schwab to see if either one could help. Firestone Tires was worthless, but Les Schwab, although closed for 55 mintues and their front door locked, talked with me on their car bay side of their shop. The ultra polite and patient Assistant Manager, BRIAN LOVELAND said sure, go get your car at the bookstore, we will leave a bay open for you. So I got the car and pulled it in with about 1 inch left before running on the Wheel. All the workers were leaving or gone but, BRIAN stayed. He didn't do a cheap worthless plug, he did a professional repair with a metal internal patch which required some expert talent, and made sure my tire was lined up on the re-mount to keep the balancing intact, and even cleaned my wheel and tire. He did most of the work by hand since the AIR COMPRESSOR was off. WOW.. then, get this... He said he WOULDN'T CHARGE ME, the repair was all for FREE. --"unbelievable"-- I am blown away. Remember his name, BRIAN LOVELAND -- signed- Bill, Tacoma, Wa.
