At our first couple appointments the office staff didn't seem as personable and Dr. Irianni seemed very direct and almost a little "cold". However, once the staff got to know us and vice versa I felt his nurse was very personable as well as Dr. Irianni himself. He would see me on weekends and holidays if necessary. He also has a great network of physicians he uses that work closely with him, which was great when my husband had to see a urologist for fertility as well. Dr. Irianni is very diligent and protective of his patients, a great advocate to have when working with healthcare and insurance companies and his nurse Kristi and receptionist Kristina as well. I have seen him for a year now, finally did IVF and because of his skill I am now 5 weeks pregnant and avoided any side effects of ovarian hyper stimulation. I am actually nervous about being released to a general OB/GYN now because I am sure I won't get the attention to detail that I received at his office. He even called from his home on a Saturday to check on me because I had called with some concerns on a Friday! I also have to add he is very thorough and explains everything. He knows his accent can be difficult to understand so he writes everything out and even draws pictures so there are no surprises. During procedures he always explains what he is doing, why he is doing it, and what you will feel. I would recommend to anyone struggling with infertility issues as I was recommended by a friend!
