After waiting more than 10 minutes on hold, gave my Living Social number when making an appointment and also had to present the paper certificate at the appointment!?! Amanda threatened to call the police rather than allow me to bring in the hard copy the next day, even though she had the certificate number, my name, number, and address. Didn't even give me the option to leave a check or credit card number on file in case I skipped town until her district manager took over. Publicly humilated and treated like a common criminal by this gem of a "customer service superstar." Needs new management!
