We bought the 24/7 service agreement...BUT this weekend we had a pipe blow out in the basement. Tried phoning, emailing Benj Franklin/Bob's Reedville--*no* response at all. AND both the directions from the 800# AND dialing direct get us to an answering service that disavows knowledge of Benj Franklin and is a different company. MUST HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. THANKS FOR THE USELESS WARRANTY, GUYS.
