I injured my lower back by exercising incorrectly approximately two years ago. After a few weeks the pain became more intense and I decided to stop exercising for a while. About nine months after I stopped exercising, I noticed the pain in my back was gradually going away and so I decided to go back to exercising again. But after a few months, the pain was back again. I was really desperate for help because the back pain became really intense, making it hard for me to sleep, drive, sit-up straight, walk, stand-up straight, and even put on my shoes. I even considered surgery. An MRI found that I had a 7-8mm disc herniation at L3/L4 and a 10-11mm herniation at L4/L5 which means the jelly in the disc was pinching the nerve that connects to my right leg. I went to see Dr. Brenda. She gathered all the information she needed giving me an instant chiropractic procedure. Dr. Brenda is the nicest and the most concerned chiropractor ever, and she gets down to business right away. She has a very friendly and a helpful staff as well. After using decompression and exercises to help speed-up the healing process, I went from walking with a crutch, to using a cane, and from the cane to walking normally again! I'm feeling so much better - back to school & on the treadmill 1 hour a day. I'm so glad I trusted Dr. Brenda. I got my normal life back! I really appreciate all the help and all the support.
