It was a very nice experience. I hadn't been to the Dentist in several years so I was a little nervous. I had some things going on and they were very nice not to judge. They made me feel very comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

The entire process and experience at Chantilly was better than any I've experienced with any sort of repair shop (of any type). From having an Enterprise desk right on the premises to the way you handled the customer service (Lisa and Chris) throughout, to the small but incredibly appreciated touches like detailing the inside of the car, the experience was phenominal and exceeded all expectations. I have no idea how much it costs you in labor time to vacuum/clean the inside of people's cars, but touches like that are the things that make customers never consider going elsewhere. I've already told at least 6 people how impressed I've been with your shop. In the very near future I'm going to launch a blog on strategic communication and branding- and I will write a blog entry on Chantilly Auto Body. Thank you for everything.
