I have American Home Shield. I called American Home Shield and let them know that my air conditioner broke and that it was an emergency to have it fixed because my son is asthmatic and my daughter just finish having surgery yesterday so I couldn't very well move her. They set up an appointment for my house hold with Climate Makers and said that all I would have to do is call them and give them a little more information. All of this with the promise in mind that they would be stopping by the house today to fix the problem. So I called and when I gave my name (before I could finish saying what my problem was) I was interrupted and told that the whole thing wasn't even processed and that I would have to wait until tomorrow and then she hung up. So I called back American Home Shield and said they must have been mistaken because Climate Makers was telling me that I would have to wait until tomorrow and that they did not tell American Home Shield they would be out today. While on the phone with American Home Shield they continued to replay the recording of the phone call the American Home Shield representative had with the Climate Makers associate. It was a recording of a womans voice (I'm pretty sure was named Virginia...I am at this point trying to forget her because she was so terribly rude) saying that there would be someone out today. Now I understand that there is a 24 hour policy, my major complaint is that they were absolutely, 100% rude and they lied to me when they said that they did not tell American Home Shield they would be out today. At this point it was obvious they realized their mistake and were trying to cover it up. I continued to try and call back and settle everything, I was hung up on, told I was wrong, interrupted several times, I was passed around the entire office. When I was talking to a woman named Theresa I could hear the woman named Virginia in the background tell Theresa what to tell me. Saying things like Thats not our policy or Thats not what I said or Shes not telling you everything. At this point Im livid and I told Theresa that she needs to tell the woman in the background to shut up. You could not be more unprofessional and rude to one customer. I asked to speak to the owner (because it was obvious that the manager that I was speaking to had no intention of having great customer service) and they said that he was not in today and that he does not have a number to reach him by at the moment. They said he was in the field working. I told them I wanted his personal number. They said they would not provide that information. I told them I would like them to leave a message and have him call me back as soon as possible, they said that I could but it would be pretty much useless because that is why John Sison has the ladies there working so that they could handle these kind of calls. I told them I don't want to hear back from them, I want to hear from John Sison. They said that it's more than likely I will only hear from the ladies in the office because that is there job. If a customer wants to talk to the owner there should be no problem with that. EVER. There are three people that I can honestly say have just made a complete mockery of themselves and of their company and of their employer John Sison. They are as follows: A manager named Virginia, a manager named Faith, an associate named Theresa. These women have given me a greater understanding of this company: Climate Makers, specifically in Charleston South Carolina. If anyone ever asks me what I think about this company I will warn them to never work with Climate Makers and to give their money to someone else because everyone that works there is absolutely awful, rude, obnoxious, spiteful and lazy. Not worth my time, money and thankfulness. I will be taking all my business elsewhere and I will continually direct other military members and their families in the area to a different company. I have never seen a worse display of customer service.
