I took my 2010 Camaro on May 14th there to get repaired because someone keyed one side of it. They said they would able to have it done by the following Monday May 20th. It took 3 weeks in the end to get my car back! During this process one time they had to end up ordering me a new seat because they got paint on my drivers seat. That took it to over a week while they had to wait for the new seat cover to come in. They called me Friday before Memorial day at 445 telling me my car was ready and that they were closed Monday because of the holiday. I go Tuesday the 28th to pick it up and they didn't even fix areas that were keyed!! I ended up having the keep the car there so they could fix what they were suppose to! While they were taking forever I asked them to do my NYS inspection they couldn't even be bothered to do that even though they had it for the better part of a Month. I finally get it back Friday the 31st and I am not even able to drive it the next week because they never inspected it. They also charged me my whole deductible still after there f*ck ups and never offered me a rental at all. The only thing they offered to do and did was to fix a minor scratch on the other side of my car which I got quoted before they did all the work in the first place and wanted another $800 for in addition to my $500 deductible and what ever the insurance company gave them to fix the car. All in all a horrible experience I will never be taking another car there to get work done again! and the kicker is my family has been using them for years! my brothers even had an internship there in high school.
