I went in expecting a difficult process and they made it all very easy for me. I will be referring to others.
My device did not work correctly when I received it from the practice. I brought it in and they fixed the issue at no extra cost. Ive gotten other devices that worked perfectly. I was lucky that they resolved the issue quickly so I could get back to my daily activities.

Sam the tech took very good care of me- she was great and seemed very concerned about me and how I was feeling. Very detailed in her explanations of everything and let me make the decisions based on my care and options available. The front desk ladies were also wonderful, as usual!
