Everything about this service was great after initially contacting RAS, I was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant voice. I was worried that I had a major problem in my hands as my air conditioning would not come on. They reassured me that sometimes repairs are not that major and they sent out a technician to look at the system later that same day. The tech showed up, he was very professional and courteous it turned to be a very minor problem my capicitator had gone bad. It was replaced on the spot and the coils cleaned at a very reasonable price thank you so much RAS .
