Very unprofessional. We should have known it was a bad decision. We bought a BMW X5 that we really liked. It looked very nice in and out. Well it had a blown head gasket. As soon as we signed and drove away it was a "Lemon." I'm not saying it's there way of doing business. I'm saying they don't properly inspect there vehicles. It's not the only problem the car had. It had a complete coolant system problem. A cracked radiator, eaten up spark plugs, Coolant in the oil. Car was a total loss. If you want to throw your money away come do business with these laid back, casual, unprofessional, profiteers. I called and asked them to take the vehicle back. I'm not a hostile person. I tried my best to reason, but they don't care about the customer. They said they offered me a warranty and I should have taken it. Well there right, but why do business with someone you need a warranty for your car 10 minutes off the lot. Besides the point. They cleared the codes on the vehicle so that the check engine light would not show as well as low coolant warning. The cost to fix this issue is approximately 8-12k at Kuni BMW, Where the car was in and out of for the past 30 days. Read the reviews people don't buy here. I'm out a car, 2k in repairs already and I will be paying for a "Lemon" for the next 4 years. This is my experience. Live and learn. Don't make the same mistake.
