I have taken numerous cars to Solar Plus since 1995 - 1996 and never had any problems with the quality of work. The 2011 tint window job in one of my cars the tint paper became cloudy and the started to bubble and pill out. I went to Solar Plus to show the owner. The owner took a looked at my car windows and he gave me an appointment for April 3rd. 2014 and told me to bring a receipt.
I manage to locate the receipt from the job done in 2011 but for one reason or another it only showed the tint job done in the front two windows.
When the Solar Plus owner looked at the receipt he told me that the receipt only shows the front windows. I proceeded to tell him that this is the only receipt I could find and that he knew that he was the one who did the job. Since he have done all my cars since the 1990s. He insisted on the receipt. We went back and forward with this conversation and he kept insisting that if there was not a receipt, he was not going to guarantee the service.
After I realize that we were not going to get anywhere, I started to walk away and told him you just lost a customer. He got aggressive and in a very loud and rude tone of voice, replied with profanity by telling me you dont have to get so F***** Bitchy. At this time I felt really offended, and sadly I lower myself to his level and I didn't responded kindly. I do not understand why he reacted in such a rude way. This attitude leaves a lot to be desired for a business owner. I would not recommend doing business with Solar Plus. Thank you for watching this rating
