All in all, it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any business transaction. He got paid by the insurance company and he did not care after that. So if I had to rate them from one to ten, ten being the highest: Speed - 1 (a 10 day fixed turned into 4/21 to 5/27 fix) | Quality - 1 (My car wasn't all the way fixed and scratches on the door panels) | Customer Service - 1 (Blaming the customer for anything is NEVER a good reply!) | Management - 1 (The owner is terrible so I could just imagine everybody else). I'm pretty sure he knows exactly who this is, if he doesn't, then that just tells you how many people he has pissed off through the years. I bet he's a good person and all but he needs to learn how to run a business. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Just go with Service King because at least, when you speak with the owner or corporate person, they will be apologetic and not try to blame things on you.
