Due to constantly conflicting work schedules we opted out of the traditional wedding and planned to get married at the courthouse. As Rev. Lynn would later put it, God had a hand in why we didn't get married at the courthouse. When we arrived to receive our marriage license at the bureau, we were informed that the courthouse was booked up through May. We had planned on getting married that very week (end of March), so we were a bit defeated. My now-husband began searching for an alternative online while I went to work, and it was then that he discovered Rev. Lynn's website. He called Rev. Lynn's number and left a message stating that we were in a bit of a panic because this was the only week our schedules matched for us to get married. Rev. Lynn called us back that very night and said that she would be happy to marry us the very next day! When we arrived at her home the next day, I was so nervous I thought I was going jump out of my skin. But as soon as we sat down and Rev. Lynn began explaining the ceremony to us, I was set at ease by her calming, caring voice and words. Rev. Lynn made our wedding day extremely special to us, and for that we will be forever grateful. People have since asked me if I wish I would have had a big wedding, but I have no regrets! Having Rev. Lynn as our officiant was a wonderful experience and the person I love the most was there (my husband :-) ), so it was perfect to me. Thank you for everything Rev. Lynn--you are a beautiful woman inside and out!
