They are treating you like a thief.
To see the Doctor you need to leave your credit card at financial desk( when you are self pay to not escape without paying).
But they will charge you for X-ray after 2 months, with out any reasonable explanation. Manager pf financial department is too busy to answer the phone, or call you back.
