I think many of these reviews are too harsh. Dr. Frederickson is not a particularly touchy-feely person, but she is a good physician. She came to see me in the hospital after my son was born and stayed in my room for quite a while advising me on breastfeeding, pumping and returning work as I have a demanding career and was concerned. She gave me personal examples from her life. She spent a lot of time with me. I know she has a more somber personality, but I think patients can be too sensitive and unreasonably expect each physician to be exactly alike. Oak Creek has always been accommodating, competent, kind, professional, and responsive. Yes there are differing personalities, but that is to be expected and not a reason to put down a good practice. Dr. Leary, and Dr. Little are exceptional physicians as well -- very kind and caring. I would recommend this practice.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Frederickson. Unfortunaltley, when I was pregnant with my first child, she was the Doctor I had to see at most of my appts. She was very cold and uncaring. I know it's no big deal to a Doctor and they see a million pregnant women, but come on, humor me. Act like you care or show some feeling of excitement or something, especially when hearing baby's heart beat for first time etc. I took comfort in fact that I probably would not have her deliver my baby because what are the chances that she would be on call? Well, when my delivery nurse informed that she was the dr on call and would be delivering my baby, I cried. I told the nurse anybody but her! And, yes, as expected, it was a bad experience. She didnt explain anything to me or even say one word to me for that matter. I had very painful back labor and she didnt even acknowledge it. I also have no idea how many stitches I got or if I tore or had to have an episiotomy. Also, she just left the room, I looked up and she was just gone. No "congratulations", nothing. So rude and callous. I never make appts with her anymore and if she is the only one available at the location closest to my house, I will drive 25 min. out of my way just to see different Doctor.

The doctor's weren't the problem as much as the staff ! i had two procedures with them and the resaults were hard to get ahold of.They seemed to not care what you were needing and the utter rudeness of both their office staff and nurses were extremely horrific.I never knew if I was ok or if I needed to be seen for cancer! I was treated like a complete peice of trashby the staff and i can't be evil enough to recommend this office to another person.EVER!!!

The wait time can be long at times. Some of the staff have been very rude with me. The doctors are mostly nice but don't spend enough time with you.
