.

I visited with Dr. Tiffany Satterfield. I was worried because my sister had recently been diagnosed with sever endometriosis and after treatment failed had to have a hysterectomy. I was worried because I showed many of the same signs that she showed when she was my age. The nurse who questioned me was rude and Dr. Satterfield seemed as if she couldn't care less about my worries. She did not address my concerns at all, just said "You don't have endometriosis, you're just overweight" and that was it! No explanation, no tests, nothing. We ended up doing a pap smear that I had to call INTO the office to figure out what the results were because no one ever called me, and turned out it was irregular. Needless to say I did not do my follow up with her. And when I finally found a doctor who was willing to actually investigate, turns out I have PCOS, and have had it for years. If Dr. Satterfield had taken the time to care about what I had to say I could have started treatment a year earlier!
